TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
JMB Brewcraft LLC operates this web site, www.JMBBrewcraft.com (the “Web Site”).
Your use of this Web Site is governed by these terms and conditions; please take a few minutes to review them. Your use of the Web Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use the Web Site.
Payment and Processing:
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. All online orders (domestic or international) will be charged in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.
Domestic and International Shipping:
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days from the time the order is initially processed. Standard shipping method is USPS 1st Class. Orders can be shipped to most international destinations. Please Note: all shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
International Fees (for Non-U.S. Customers):
International customers may need to pay additional import fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or handling fees to receive your order. The shipping charges you pay to JMB Brewcraft LLC do NOT include any of these additional fees; these additional fees are not collected or controlled by JMB Brewcraft LLC and we have no way of estimating them (please do not ask us to do so). When placing your order, you (the customer) assume all responsibility for the payment of these additional fees. If you refuse to pay required customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to JMB Brewcraft LLC and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Estimated Delivery Times:
Most orders within the continental U.S. should arrive within 6-10 business days from the time the order is processed. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, allow 10–15 business days. For international delivery, times for delivery will vary depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or international customs processing.
Retail and Bulk Orders:

Shipping Limitations:
When an order is placed, it will ship to the address designated by the purchaser. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Returns:
We stand behind our products and workmanship. Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt if the error is ours or if the product is defective. To be eligible for return, items must be returned unused, in original packaging with packing slip or receipt. Customer is responsible for return postage.
